PostCheck Preferences

PostCheck offers settings for capitalization, ZIP+4 lookups and abbreviations.

The USPS returns all validated data with uppercase letters, according to their standard for address formatting. PostCheck will, by default, try to apply standard capitalization to the address instead.

To access PostCheck's preferences, hold down the Option key while clicking on the label for the address.

PostCheck Batch Lookups

If you hold down the Shift key while clicking on the label for the address, you can access PostCheck's batch lookup option.

Batch lookups will look up the address info for all contacts in the group your choose from the drop-down menu.
